The Todd Smith Memorial Foundation, established in 2021, honors the memory of Arlington High school senior Todd Smith. Each year we provide scholarships to students who demonstrate a strong commitment to kindness and making a positive impact on others.  As our foundation continues to grow, we aim to expand our support to include parents of children impacted by homicide.
